My penis is around 5. Inches long.

Is that when soft or erect? If soft you actually are probably above average. The average penis is 5.6 in erect and if your 5 in is erect, you are still growing so it's not small for your age.

Yeah, like everyone else has said, that is about average, but you've still got a few years to grow, so you have nothing to worry about anyway
