Honestly, I can never fall asleep to music. I always have to listen to it. Every lyric, chord, instrument. It takes me hours to sleep if I have music on.

It used to be Three Days Grace, Simple Plan, Thousand Foot Krutch, Ashes Remain etc. Any alternative rock/pop-punk bands.
