I don't think thats true, im short but im 3.7 soft and 7 hard & im only 5"4 & 1/2 ( height wise ).... different guys grow at different rates & it also depends on genetics, when said person started puberty and alot more details I can't remember off the top of my head

One of my friends is 6'3" and he's 6" hard so i don't know how much height has to do with it.
