Soo.. recently my dad bought a Honda Dominator NX650, but he couldn't get it registered because it was too loud. How do I make a bike's exhaust quieter without spending a lot of money?

First off check the muffler is in it. If not, ask the seller, if it is in, it may be deteriorated. The exhaust may have a hole or something.

If you upload a video I could be ble to tell what it is.

The exhaust is ok, but I think the silencers are removed.

yeah probably the baffles (mufflers)were removed to make it loud, called the "holey order". I think you can buy replacement baffles for not much money. i'd look up replacing them on the internet. it's probably pretty common so should be lots of info.

Yup. As Ezra said, get a muffler for your exhaust. it's cheap, and right now you're illegal by not having one

Just need to get a new muffler for, I can say from experience that any work with motorcycle exaughsts is very, very easy, you'll have no trouble fixing it.
