I think when a penis is erect, it's ready for sex. Precumming even if not horny is probably like a mechanical reaction.

As you get older your sperm/semen production increases. That is why your pre-cum is increasing. :) It can happen when you get boners, not everyone gets it nor does everyone have pre-cum at all. No matter if you have pre-cum or not it's all normal!
