Your best bet is to soak in a hot bath one per day and to make sure you are cleaning down there very well with something like medicated wipes to make sure that any irritation does not get infected. As for the object, yeah probably don't wanna be sticking things up there that can get stuck, but if anything does get up there I'd assume it'd all come out, unless it was sharp and cut into the colon, then fecal matter could get into your blood and infect you!
