I've actually had these things myself, and so have a few of my friends/partners. The name escapes me at the moment but it's nothing to worry about. As long as they're not painful and aren't spreading then you can just leave them.

Ben is right. They're likely not harmful. Sounds like Fordyce spots (look it up). If you're concerned about it, though, see a doctor. It's better to be safe than sorry.

Yea I have them too. I always wondered about them but the doctor hasn't said anything when I get my physical and also I looked up fordyce's spots and I think that's what they are.

They're called Fordyce Spots, they're a pretty common "disease" (quotes around disease because while it is a condition, it can't really harm/affect you in any way). I have them too.
