one smart statements followed by two silly questions... cut vs. uncut doesnt effect the size, and ive corse he has hit puberty... everyone that has had some change to their body, even if they cant see it has hit puberty... unless that is he was born with his 6 inch penis, as a father i would be so proud if my kid came out with that, though kinda worried.

Since I suspect a lot of these answers aren't exactly truthful, I'll let you know that anywhere between 3-5 inches is probably average for 13 years old. Some people could not have grown at all by this point, while some others could have grown a good amount. If you're betweem 3-5 inches, great. If you're bigger than that, also great, but you're probably quite lucky.
