I've done it and it's not really anything special, just like putting plastic around your dick and moving it in an up and down motion, but the good thing is that nothing gets anywear and all you have to do to clean up is throw it away!:D

Jerking off/having sex with a condom isn't as great as doing it without one. Of course, safety trumps wanting the full extent and unrestrained feeling of cumming.
