My friend took his own life yesterday..

I found out last night from his sister, I hadn't known him very long, but in that short time I saw what an amazing person he was, and I am going to miss him so much.

His name was Tom he was 17

its hard to not to just take sometinme and not wake up. My friend died last month and he died the BEST death.

He was 14 and had a tumor on his brain, no big deal in 2014 right? but we all teased him on how things will be all ok and will sneed a small bottle of booze in for him to drink later. teen boy stuff you know. So he went into surgery and never woke up. he died. NOW IS THIS A PERFECT DEATH? FAMILY EXPECTS YOU TO COME BACK BUT YOU DO NOT, AT LEAST THEY GOT TO SAY SEE U LATER, BUT U DO NOT RETURN. wHAT A WAY TO GO. hE DIED 2 WEEKS AFTER OPERATION AND NEVER REGAINED CONSHINESS.

I had a similar experience almost 3 years ago. There was this girl named Kayla and she was so awesome, the nicest person i'd ever met. We became best friends, and for 3 months we did everything together. But my reality was shattered when I got a call one weekend telling me Kayla had been murdered. By her own soon to be step-father. Because he had been raping her repeatedly for the past 6 months. She was 13. And she was pregnant with his child. I find all this out after being with her every second of every day for 3 months. She never let on, never for a second stopped smiling. It took me a long time to be able to look back on my memories with her with joy and not sadness, but I promise it will get better eventually. The pain never goes away and you never stop thinking about them completely, but eventually it wont be nearly as consuming as it seems to be right now.

I'm really, really sorry to hear. I had two friends who did the same and it really is heartbreaking and it doesn't seem to make sense at all.

Sometimes it seems all dark with no light... I'll start by saying I, sorry for your loss, truly. My girlfriend has cancer and only a few months to live so I know what it feels like to feel pain. All I can advise is for you to think that your friend is in a better place now. Once again, I'm sorry.

I have pictures of my friend who dies I even have video of dumb stuff we did and of we were in disney world with girls we met. I cannot look at them now. Will I ever?

I'm sorry, I had a friend kill herself 2 years ago, it sucks. I always wish there was more I could do, she left me a note saying that there was so much more that she never told me, I really wish she had.
