Yeah, I've showered naked with male family members and friends many times before, and still do in some situations. We're all really comfortable around each other so it's not much of a deal to us. I think its both quite normal and common for guys to shower together, but it doesn't matter if you haven't.

When I was a lot younger I shared the bath-tub with either my younger or older brother. My mom stopped that when our seabattles ruined her bathroom too much.
Now I shower together with my dad and brothers after the gymn - uncovered of course :D
Together with them and mom when we are in the sauna.
With friends after PE or rowing or pool. Never covered or with boardshorts on.

I go to an all-boys' boarding school & in the morning in the dorm all the boys brush teeth & shower, a few guys have been known to shower together, no one cares. I won't to that then though. Sometimes in the afternoon after class before swim practice when the dorm bathroom is empty, I've showered with a friend and fooled around. There's a door on the showers so it's private.

At home I've showered with friends too, sometimes more than 1 at a time.
