Now when I go to the bathroom if my foreskin is pulled back my piss fly's upwards and does not really go into a stream so... For cut guys is this what your like all the time? Is it a bother?

No, I actually don't have that problem. Check your urethra and make sure the bottom of it isn't stuck close or obstructed.

No...? I have a stream usually but when I get a boner, I have to bend it down a certain way so it can go in the toilet but other than that, I usually have a stream.

I think your penis head isn't used to getting exposed. Mine is cut and my piss is smooth and straight.

Nope mine goes wherever I aim it. Is your urethra on the underside of your head or kinda at the point. That may make a difference to. I do think it would look cool like that. Have you ever measured if you can aim higher than other guys?
