Well , I am cut , but my parents cut me when I was nearly 14 years old , because of religion , so , I know all adventages and disadventages of cut and uncut condition ... But , I had phimosis too , so , that was reason more for cutting me .. You should talk with your parents , or go to the urologist , before it become too late .. So , basicly , you have phimosis , that is not so serious problem , but if you wait and dont do anything , it can be big problem in future . Many guys have phimosis , and you can practice pulling your foreskin under water when taking bath and there are some pomades for it ... If you wait for too long , it becomes an unsolveable problem and only way to solve it is circumcision . So , yes , talk to your parents , show them problem or you should go to the urologist ..

I am uncircumcised and had a similar problem. Where the skin is really tight. Over time it will stretch out lube it and get it back if you need to clean it. Or pull the skin back before you get an erection. You will be fine. I actually had it where the skin adhesed to the head of my penis but after puberty it all works out. If you still have a prob go to a urologist.

sounds like you may have phimosis. Can you pull back when you're soft? If it's only an issue when hard it can be streached

U need to work on that. Stretch it back everyday in the shower. I did it and now my foreskin retracts like normal. It's something u want over with trust me. It doesn't hurt but it very sensitive when the head is exposed.

I would not worry too much right now because a lot of guys your age are just starting to retract (pull back) their foreskins and cannot do so. You just have to work on your foreskin gradually pulling it back when you are in a warm shower. If your foreskin is super tight and just will not budge, then talk with your parents. It is so not a big deal talking about these kinds of things with parents, and assuming your Father has a foreskin, then he'll know exactly what to do and how you feel. It is not like it's your fault your foreskin is stuck, and it happens to a lot of guys. Short of your parents being ogres or ax murderers I am sure they will understand your situation if you continue to have this problem.

I would try over the month to try to pull back your foreskin while you're in the shower to see if you make any progress. If nothing is happening within a month, then talk with your parents and see your doctor. Most of the time guys just need a special cream that can really loosen things up and make the situation all right.

Try this to help ease it out. Whenever your in the shower or preferably bath, take a bar of soap and gently rub it over the foreskin and gently try to pull it back. If that doesnt work then you may have to go to the doctors.

Don't worry, just pull it back as much as you can daily in the shower and stretch it a little bit daily before bed. This worked for me so it should work for you

When you take a bath or shower try every time to pull it back. It might take a little time but don't give up. Mine is long and even with an erection it covers the head so don't worry about looking different.

You can go to the doctor and get creams and stuff to stretch it out, but really a circumcision is the quickest permanent solution, age be I could pull mind back at a very early age

See your doctor and set up an appointment to see a urologist. Circumcision is not the only way to fix this issue. Your urologist should tell you to do daily exercises with pulling and stretching the foreskin along with certain creams prescribed to you.

I'm not sure offhand. It may just need a wash as you'll have not been able to get the skin that far back before. How is the stretching going?

I had exactly the same - Don't worry... I just kept gently stretching it everyday for a while until you can do it naturally. It's nothing to be worried about :)

I was in the same position as you, I would try to stretch it/ease into it over time and in the shower but it just hurt so I hade to get circumcised at your age. The conversation with my parents wasn't awkward at all in my opinion. I would talk to your parents before it's too late.
