Go to social gatherings/group events where you are around people you don't really know.

Spread to talk to other people at school, make more friends. They will invite you to parties, make friends at parties then those friends might invite you to their parties depending on the type of friends you become (happens a minimal amount) from there it is growing your friends. The girlfriend part will happen slowly, really, really slowly. Bnt you still have time.

Depends. Are you more social and daring, or more reserved and dormant?
You sound more like the "social and daring" type, so I would do what the poster above said and go to some social gatherings.

You could also try talking to people in your classes whenever they start for you.

I've calculated that there's about 5.333 girls per square kilometer of Earth's land area. I bet you could find one around. If not, go to the next square-kilometer over :P

I would go to some social gatherings and just try to be open and if you see a girl, say hi!

Go to a place where you can meet a lot of girls. Try going to the mall and walk around to meet new people. Start a conversation with a girl and tell her a joke to make her laugh. Be open and confident. You might find a girl who will go on a date with you.

If i go alone i'm usually pretty shy but if i got my friends around i'm not shy at all.
Also, i already know everyone in my class 9/10 are girls. lol

Don't be shy man... If you are a bit anxious before talking to a girl, have a drink....that usually helps me.
Or If you're REALLY shy, then arrange a group date or something to make you feel easier :)
