Everyone (?) knows that, if you just came home and it was freezing cold outside, your penis has shrunk a bit, whereas if it was really hot outside it will have grown instead.

But the point of this thread- is this relevant to puberty, or simply laws of expansion and stuff? I also seem to find it more arousing when it's colder, hehe... :c

I think it's just natural for your penis to do that, when it's cold It kinda gets smaller and closer to your body in order to absorb its heat and warm up.

Yes. My dad says that if you use cold water to shave, the cold water actually causes the metal to contract and the razor edge to becomes sharper.

I notice that when it's cold my ball sack gets really small/tight, so my penis looks bigger that way. Also I get erections a lot easier when it's like that.

Well, your nutsack "shrinks" or shrivels up when you're cold to keep sperm production and the temperature of your nuts regulated and it's the same thing when they loosen up and hang more freely when you're hot. When it's cold it goes nearer to the body for warmth when it's warm it goes farther from the body to feel cooler
