15min sounds like heaven lol But the longest for me if i had to guess is like maybe a 1min..ish and it always tends to be when i have a sleep-gasm/wet dream. They always seem to linger and be wayyy more intense. I wish they happend more often tbh.

It is not. There is a rare condition (saw on one of the medical TV shows, like sex sent me to the ER) where a lady had an orgasm that would not go away. She would also get orgasms out of the blue for not reason whatsoever, which can be a real problem when you want to have a normal life.
