My gay crush (HELP!)

There is this new girl in my neighborhood who i have a big crush on but i don't know how to handle it because first i have to find out if she would want something with antoher girl and second, if she's attracted to me.
She is a little bit older than me, i guess 18, 19.
When i see her i can't keep my eyes off her, i never had such a crush on a girl before.
Please help me out! How should i approach her?

Just proceed in normal friendly engagement. Like "Hi how are you, my name's Laura and I realized you just moved here! Great to meet you!" something like that, friendship is key. Once you develop a good friendship with her, the you can ask her if she's homosexual, and things like that ^_^

Id Go up and meet her and build a good strong relationship with said person and then bring up how they feel about homosexuality and then if she's cool with it, slowly break little hints to her and then one day once you think you can trust her, ask her :)
