It's a common misconception that a girl's first time is supposed to hurt and bleed. It's different for every woman and the pain that a girl feels her first time may not be a result of it just being her first time. There might not be enough lubrication, their partner might be too rough, infection/STD, etc. It's not always because of the hymen. Personally, there was pain my first time but no bleeding, simply because my partner and I were in an odd position and there hadn't been enough foreplay.

Yea, for me a lil blood if I am taking a girl's virginity is ok, popping a girl's cherry is rewarding and makes me feel great when I do it. If you are causing your partner pain or making them bleed, you're doing it wrong. Stop being selfish, these aren't things to be proud of.
