Kissing on the first date....

I am wondering how different people feel about kissing on the first date. Last year I kissed a girl before we started dating which was odd. The girl after her let me kiss her cheek after our first date. My last girlfriend kissed me in the lips on the first date. She initiated the hand holding and kissing which surprised me.

I know everybody- boys and girls- are different. I wanted to know what you might think. Would you say it is a good idea to kiss on the first date or would it be better to wait? What experience have you had?

I say u always have to go with ur feelings if u feel u two are having a the same feeling then go for it

Generally, I view it as a negative, but occasionally some people just "click" like that.

I kissed her on the lips on our first date. That was me though. Everyone feels differently about things like that. Go with your heart, man. :)

If both parties are feeling it, I say go for it. As long as it's not something forced I see no issue with it.

I would definately kiss on the first date but depending on how you feel it doesn't have to be a "French kiss", a kiss on the cheek would do, or a closed mouth kiss on the lips is an "in-between" option.

Well... I've had 5 bf's and 1 guy that I kissed outside of a relationship. Normally I kiss on the first/second date

Based on my past two experiences, if someone kissed me on our first date I would take it as they're moving way too fast and/or want to get in my pants.

If they kissed me on the first date, I would probably reject them and tell them that I think they're moving into things too fast for my comfort. Yes, it's harsh, but I really don't need any more repeats of my last experiences.
