I don't think it's really puberty related, at least not the sleeping on the floor think. There's nothing wrong with that as long as your comfortable. Not going to sleep until after 1 in the morning could be puberty related, but I don't really think it is. idk

Umm...I dont think this is related to puberty.

However, you may have some type of insomnic reaction from something...possibly. Usually some kids stay up later during puberty but its not that often. So I am not really sure but why dont you post this somewhere else.

But because this is not related to puberty :locked:

I think the mod wanted to lock this, but I'm going to answer your question anyway. I would go ahead and assume you have just got in the pattern of going to sleep at 1 in the morning, and now your body has recongnized that as your bed time. If you want to start going to bed earlier then you are going to have to break the habit like any other. Just wake up earlier and you are probably going to be tired during the time that you are doing this. But if theory if you wake up earlier you should go to bed earlier. The floor thing, hey, you find it comfortable, there isn't anything wrong with it, go for it.

Hmmm, why are you sleeping on the floor anyway. But no it has nothing to do with puberty, as the guy above said it's probably cause you've slept that way awhile and your body is used to it.

Im sorry. I thought I locked it but I guess it just didn't go. Anyways members if a moderator has posted that a thread is locked and you can not see any other posts that says its re-opened then please do not post in it. Just a common sense thing. Thanks you guys.
