Hey all,
Summer is here and I have a bunch of free time on my hands now. So I recently purchased a gym membership and I'm looking to get into lifting weights. After some browsing on bodybuilding.com, I came across this:

Some of the exercises sound complicated but I've been doing research and watching videos on them. What do you guys think? Is this a good weight lifting routine?
