So I have this like circle i guess around my piss hole on my dick, and it's like lighter than the rest of my dick... it's kinda hard to explain. I don't know why it's like that and was wondering if you guys could help me out

I think its just a natrual skin color difference. Absolutely nothing life threatening in my opinion.

as the other two said, it's just a skin colour difference, there are several reason it could have happened, growth being one of them. As long as it isn't sore and it doesn't burn or hurt to urinate in any way shape of form, I wouldn't worry about it.
