This is my first post. But basically I am 14 and I only have a few pubes and my penis is on 2 inches flaccid. I have no armpit hair. I can produce sperm. Should I be worried, or am I just a late hitter. The thing is all my friends are ahead of me and it is really embarrassing.
Also I am turning 15 next month.

Don't worry, you aren't the only one. Lots of people are like you. You might just be a late bloomer, you will eventually catch up to everyone else! :)

Yep, just a late bloomer, I know a guy like you and its totally normal.
You will eventually develop everything a guy normally develops, you have to just give it time.
