Can someone tell me what lube is how to use it and where they sell it and any other information you can ?

make sure to avoid soap (unless its moisturising) and shampoo, they'll dry you out and if you do it too much its like having dry lips, but on the tip of your penis. lotions and creams are good. proper lube is the best so if you have a way to get it, do

Well, lube aka lubrication, is something that helps guys (circumcised guys more than uncircumcised guy, but for the most part, all guys could use it once in a while) masturbate or have sex. It helps friction from being made so that guys can move back and forth easier. Safe lubes for sex/masturbation are always water-based, I wouldn't use anything else without knowing what it is. Lube is usually sold at drug stores, sex stores, or grocery stores. Also, there are two (three, if you count semen) natural lubes, precum and spit. Other lube examples are hand lotion, precum, spit, vaseline, and I've heard canola or vegetable oil works too.
