Spots on penis?

Hey guys what's up?

So I don't have spots on my thang I just couldn't think of another word, basically I have these pimple like things on my penis, only small but if you squeeze the bigger ones then some pus type stuff comes out but it's not pus (gross right?) but anyway they don't hurt and they've been there longer than I can remember, they're like a milky white colour, anyone else experienced this?

I think I have the same exact things that you're talking about but idk what they are either. I don't think they're bad though as my physician would have probably said something during my physical.

I'd advise considering going to a doctor, it might be nothing. but is it really worth the gamble when your penis is at stake?

i have it to and have looked up the possibilities. the most accurate one is that it is the where individual hairs will start to grow

If they are on your glans , than DONT TOUCH THEM FOR GODS SAKE ... Anyway you shouldnt touch them , if you are concerned about them , then go to the urologist ... You should go to the urologist , if you had sexual intercourse recently ...

I have these and they do not hurt sometimes I pop with a steral pin, Do not do it. I have to pull foreskin as far back as I can and then you see them.
