High iso at 12800 to get that grainy film look.

My EXIF data is all out of wack for some reason, according to my camera, this photo was taken in 2009... stupid camera, it wasn't even made until like 2011. :P

Was the photo a long exposure or was the green electricy-looking stuff added in post-processing.
