I hadn't cut since Wednesday... on Thursday my bf dumped me and today, Friday night, I cut again... I still am and I cant stop, somebody please..

That really sucks that He dumped you and i know how you feel i was the same after my ex dumped me.But cutting because someone dumped you is not worth it trust me i have been there.You may feel like hell now but time will heal things and it will get Better.

Cutting is a temporary solution and in the long run it won't help but it may for a short time.

If you can't stop Try to distract yourself by Listening to Music or going for a Run or doing something outside or hanging out with a friend or family even if its something as boring as watching tv just anything to distract yourself.

I'm sorry if my advice isn't that Great but most of it is what i wish i said to myself when i when't through the same kinda situation.Good Luck hope its works out and if you ever need do talk i'm here and things do get Better :hug:

He should love and care for you more, and encourage you to stop self harming, and be happy with him. Not leave you to do whatever your mind happens to lead you to. i would know about this... so many of my boyfriends have done this. it will be okay. Show him that you're happier without him, and that him leaving, was the best thing for you. He will try to come back to you, but don't you let him. you're way too good for him. I agree with shiney00100 all the way, If he can't see you for you & didn't and or won't help you by encouraging you to quit, then it's his loss. Im sure that you're a awesome person once someone get's to know you so go find another person.... Through life, you will have to kiss alot of frogs untill you find your prince. Hope this helped

Just think that whatever happens you will get over it, your are not the first person geting dumped and u wont be the last one. think that everybody has gone through it and cutting is not the best solution
