It's not dangerous, is it? I guess it's considered self harm...

I'm not one to go down easily and i haven't ever fainted in my life, neither have i since the month i've been suffocating myself. C:

It's anatomically, physically, politically hell see if i care- but it's impossible to kill myself this way. I mean, as soon as you start suffocating you lose power and are no longer able to keep up the suffocating yourself.

Oxygen deprivation, even for a short period of time, can cause brain damage due to the lack of oxygen to the brain. So yes, it's dangerous.

When it comes to suffocation you're VERY likely to kill yourself due to the lack o0f oxygen, it is far from impossible. It is dangerous because you're changing brain cells forcably and your body is doing everything in its power to attempt to compensate for the lack of oxygen.

It's an addiction you should try to stop at an early stage, ever so often there are national outrages because sometimes it becomes popular among teens and sometimes they end up killing themselves accidentaly with it.
