I know a "tight" circumcision would mean that the head is permanently exposed as there's no foreskin to pull down.

Sounds like your not circumcised, most who are like me have "tight" styles. This means that there is no foreskin at all.

It's supposed to automatically retract itself when you get hard. Some are very long
and don't retract fully for that reason, but can be retracted by hand. Some are tight
and can't be fully retracted, at least without pain, and that needs treatment.

When you're soft, is there skin covering the head of your dick? If yes, then you're uncircumcised. If there is no skin covering it when it's soft, then it is circumcised. When I jack off, I can pull some skin over the head of mine, but that doesn't make me uncut. I'm still cut.

If there's extra skin that covers the head of the Penis that can easily slide up and down then you aren't circumcised. I know because I have foreskin :)

No, an uncut guy is capable of pulling it back, and uncut guy simply doesnt have one, it isnt there, he has no forskin. You have one, but you are capable of pulling it back, just like most other uncut guy's.
