I have found in a lot of cases kids who have the most problems come from families that do little or nothing together. Their parents are too busy to spend time with them. My family is close but we spend a lot of time together fishing, camping, playing games and even cooking. Also mom and dad take time for one on one times with each of us.

I was wondering what you do with your family. If you don't do much together, would you like to do more? Maybe you can suggest it to your parents.

heh, all of my family refuses when my mom offers to take us to the forest or beach or something, we're fucked up. It makes our parents feel like bad parents though because they don't spend alot of time with their children.

BELIEVE ME DAD. I'M FINE WITH VT AND OTHER HUMAN BEINGS. YOU DONT NEED TO GET INVOLVED.

We never really do anything together becuase my mom's always on the phone mm or doing chores, dad's always out, watching sports or asleep and I'm always asleep, doing chores or on the computer, and we don't have anything that we all like to do.

I spend a lot of time with my family and honestly, I like it. We go do things in downtown Minneapolis and we go on family vacations among other things. When I brought my new girlfriend home, we actually all sat together and talked about stuff for like 20 minutes. It was really nice.

My parents and I don't exactly have the "hey, let's go out for a bite to eat!" kind of relationship these days. I see my mother maybe once every other week and my father maybe twice a month. I'm distant with my cousins, all but one of my grandparents are gone (I live with the last living one, but he's too old and frail to go out and do anything really), and my step-sister has a life of her own. Really, the only part of my family that I get to go places with are my aunt and uncle, honestly I think they love me more than my parents do, but that's not saying much. But yeah, we go out all the time and do things.

My family used to go out and do things alllll the time when we all still lived in the city and near my grandparents, cousins, and aunts and uncles. But since we moved and my parents got new jobs we don't really do much together and we don't really see out extended family much if at all. My parents do their thing, my sister and I do ours, and my brothers kinda just go with the flow. I used to miss always doing stuff together as a family but I'm starting to enjoy being this way more. I have my own social life and my own plans and I'm glad my parents aren't the center of my world anymore.

We don't really do much, but my siblings and I alaways joke around and talk with my mom at home, so we're really close. I only see my dad once a week and we're not close at all.

As most of families in 21st century , my family doesnt spend a lot of time together ... But when it is some holiday we are trying to be together ( Ramadan , Bayram , New Year ) ... So , usaually activity I do with my fahter beside of holidays are fishing , shooting , hunting ... Fishing is somewhat boring to me , but I always try to look like I am enjoying in it ... Shooting and Hunting are my best ... My father taught me to shoot with real gun when I was 10 , because my father really like weapons ... So , today , I know to shoot like some profesional soldier ... Anyway , first time i shoot was with Yugoslavian made pistol M-57 7.62 caliber , than with CZ-99 , than with some old Berreta and dont know exactly which model is , than with M1 Garand , than with AK-74 and finally with my favorite - AK - 47 , and that are all guns that belong to my father ... He told me to buy me car when I reach 18 , but I am thinking that better would me some Luger P08 or Walther P38 ...

I do a lot with my Dad, he usually drags me along almost always when he meets with friends or someone from the family. We go on hunting trips together and do whatever comes to his mind. Sometimes I don't like it cuz I want more time on my own, but now as we life in the country and I'm lonely I'm glad... I know it's selfish.
