My rep needs help

I can't give rep to some people even though I only gave 1 person rep in the past 24 hours but still when I tried to give someone rep it said i needed to spread it around. Please HELP!!!

You have to give reputation to other people before you can give it to the same person again. Its how it works to prevent abuse of the rep system.
