Ok, so tomorrow will mark the end of the 2 week sex & relationship program I've been going to. Anyways, for the past three days we've talked about STD's and how to protect ourselves and whatever. Here's where it gets interesting: my instructor told the class that we should use a condom during vaginal, oral, and anal sex. Everyone should know to use a condom during vaginal and anal sex, but I never thought you should use one during oral. It just doesn't seem right. So, what do you all think?

Well you never know if your partner has herpes or gonorrhea. Eww. It is better to be safe. My first time on my friend he was not wearing a condom.

Condom during oral sounds weird, but it is better to be on the safe side. You should talk to your partner about it before and get their trust.

STI's such as HIV can be transmitted in siliva and any other bodily fluid/secretion.
So unless you know and trust the person EXPLICITLY, use a condom. Kissing can transmit certain STI or other nasty disease. Hence one should avoid those willing to have sexual contact within a couple of weeks of starting to date, probably not the cleanest of peoples!
