Small bumps on breasts?

I noticed two things in the shower today first, I realized that the darker colored circle of skin that you have around your nipples got bigger and secondly, I have these small goosebump like bumps surrounding the perimeter of the darker colored skin. Sorry about my descriptions, I can't exactly describe it. Is this normal? Or maybe is it breast cancer? I don't know :/

Sounds normal to me :) I wouldn't worry about it.

The "puffiness" came from your areola in the shower
The "goosebumps" are probably just goosebumps - I've seen them on my breasts before

its pretty normal for a girls nipples and aureole to go through changes as you go through puberty so its probably not something to worry about. If its bothering you though, see a doctor, even if only to reassure yourself.

I think what you're describing is some sort of gland if I remember right. Should be perfectly normal.

Be worried if you feel unusual lumps, see redness, etc. in the breast, these are what you actually have to be concerned about.
