All I can think of is that pink lotion that I forget the name of, whenever I get poison ivy I get slathered in that stuff.

Normally when a guy wants to distract himself, I'd say watch some porn, but that would probably just cause u more pain. ;)

Wash the oil off exposed skin and under the fingernails with plenty of soap and water. Speed is important. “As little as ten minutes of exposure may produce the allergic reaction,” Dr. Hempel said.

Washing with cold water is best because hot water opens the skin pores and aids in absorption of the oil. An alkaline soap is supposed to be more effective than a pH-neutral soap in breaking down the toxin.

For minor cases, an over-the-counter lotion or cream may ease the itching and dry up the blisters with limited success. Oatmeal or cornstarch baths and cold compresses are soothing. An over-the-counter antihistamine or anti-inflammatory can lessen the discomfort. Total healing may take a week or two.

Severe cases of allergic reactions to poison ivy require a doctor’s attention. Watch for fever, headache, widespread rashes and swelling or signs of infection. A doctor may prescribe oral, topical or injected steroids for serious cases. If the patient experienced severe cases in the past, he/she should consult with a doctor right after a known exposure to poison ivy.

My research failed to show any scientific studies of over-the-counter products that claim to prevent people from getting a rash once they are exposed to urushiol. However, the Food and Drug Administration approved bentoquatam 5%, which is available without a prescription. It provides a protection barrier when applied at least 15 minutes before exposure and reapplied every four hours. It should not be used if the individual already has a rash from the plant. Bentoquatam 5% is contained in a lotion and manufactured under the trade name, Ivy Block.

Calamine lotion will be your best friend. Same-thing happened to me in the 5th grade.

Yeah, it's very minor. No rash, just incessanct itching. I put some special poison ivy soap on a paper towel with cold water, and it should be gone in a few days.
@dirtyboxer55 yeah, I'm starting to realize how comical this is xD

Everyone has said everything that needs to be said, but I'll sum it up for you

*Keep the area clean but don't wash too often. Your skin is healing and drying it out by removing natural oils will extend the rash
*Anti-histamines are your friend, take them as often as directed. Standard over the counter pain killers can help you with the pain
*Calamine lotion will get rid of the itching, but it's drying. Normal lotion will not help with itching but it'll help heal your skin. It all depends on how well you can control the impulse to scratch
*This seems obvious, but masturbating isn't advised until everything clears up
*And lastly, you need to change your underwear much more often than usual. I would advise going without clothing on the affected area, but seeing that it's your man-cannon that's got the itch, just change often, and let him get some air as often as possible

(If it burns to urinate, you need to see a doctor immediately. This may cause irreparable damage to your urinary tract, and this could be serious. If it doesn't clear up in a week, you need to see a doctor)

It is just a reaction.

I would c a dr 4 a prescription. Wat they can give is stronger then an over the counter cream. And to make sure that it is indead, poison ivy.
