Ummm well the top of it is the most sensitive part , You maybe losing it cause you're getting used to j/o all the time so you know if you constantly are doing the same thing over and over again, you'll lose something, sensitivity is what you're losing . Try not j/o as much and over time you may regain some sensitivity or all of it , you never know.
