hotter or not, if you just use spit instead of proper lubrication there is a much higher increased risk of your girlfriend tearing and that is very painful. again, if you both still want to do it with spit, i can't stop you. it'd just be safer for your girlfriend and probably even more pleasant, what with all the different kinds of lube out there. and you can also experiment with them and using different kinds of condoms too, like ribbed, etc. sex is fun to experiment with. :P

HPV can be spread through anal sex, and you can have it without showing any symptoms (it also doesn't show up on most STD checks) and still pass it on to your girlfriend. The spread of HPV through anal sex has been linked to incidence of rectal cancer.
