Recently, my mom has been hellbent on keeping me safe on the internet, meaning, content restrictions, time restrictions game restrictions, restrictions galore!!! And let me tell you, it's a real pain in the ass to run into a firewall saying :"Sorry this page is innappropriate for children" or "You have reached your set curfew, you will be logged out now". I con't do anything on the computer anymore, I'm typing this on my phone, and it's really hard to type on a phone. What do you suggest I do?

Something must have happened to trigger this. Talk to her about it. Ask her why she felt the need to put all these restrictions up. Did you do something to betray her trust? Either way, you seem to have lost it, so you need to earn it back. Listen to her requests and obey her at all times. Be a perfect child. Bring her coffee in the morning. Don't give this up as soon as you get your restrictions taken off, either (and it could be a while). Keep being the best kid you can be, because she can put them back up easily.

My parents had my computer tracking everything I did until I was 14. Side Note: I'm extremely goody goofy, so I never got why that started anyways.

However, I'd respect and follow the rules she gave you. It shows responbility and is the best way to earn more freedom.

I think I more lucky than other
My parent's not restrictions me, so I can free.
But, I must be carefull, because if my parents know I watch or save porn in my computer. They definitely prohibited me to open the computer or internet.

Hm, did anything happen that made her do this? Maybe talk to her about it? Dunno what else you could do without causing more trouble. I mean I removed the restrictions her parents put on her computer for a friend once, but I'd advise against it cuz it only means more trouble.

Btw. I know what you mean about typing on the phone but I got used to it as I'm online on here on my phone 90% of the time.

Like everyone said, try talking to her about it. Find out what's causing this. You can also just get a proxy - don't those ignore firewalls and allow you to stay on longer? I'm not entirely sure.

She catch your porn sites? JK Jk. But seriously tho, as someone who has been restricted as a child I understand how much the restrictions suck but don't know how to help you as my mom let those restrictions drop on her own. Perhaps do what the others are saying and regain her trust/be nice to her? good luck friend

Oh my god yes. You know what that is. I'm so proud.

But yes! Use a proxy as long as it isn't blocked. That should work.

It's basically a host website that lets you go places on the internet while looking like you're just on that website. I would give names but I don't know if that's allowed.

I agree ^^ Parents just don't become like that, they have to have a trigger of some sort or saw you doing something or somekinda something Talk to her about it and ask her why , and see what you can do to get them removed :)
