So ever since midnght last night, I've been dry-heaving stomache acid.

I've tried water, ice chips and tums and nothing is working.

Any suggestions, or should I just sleep it off?

Umm....I would suggest some saltine crackers, water, and maybe some meds. Something like tylenol or advil, something simple.
