Hmm.. I'm in a similar dilema. But, I'm waiting until fall since she's at her grandma's for the summer and I won't be able to see her until then anyways.

Anyways, here are your only options:
1.Ask her out on the internet
2.wait until you see her in person
3.don't ask her out at all
That's the simple truth, the only options you got ;)
