I've decided I want to start making Youtube videos and I want to make a logo for the name iProDevon but I cant seem to find a design that works and IPD is not a very good acronym. If anyone has any ideas feel free to share. Thanks!

You could have it be just "Devon" or "ProDevon", the I is quite displaced.
Try making the devon fairly normal, and have an "explosion" of the word "pro"
