database error????

sorry i'm a noob this is probably the wrong section but anyway i just wrote a hell of a long post and then when i pressed submit post i received a database error?

it was in the cutting/self harm section and it was verrry lengthy and it was more of a relief of writing it but i'm hella sad that i just took a good 30 minutes of my life and never even got to post it :(

when i clicked back it was gone and hadn't auto-saved :/

what's the word limit to these posts?

There's no word limit. I'm sorry you lost your post; I guess it's just a lesson in remembering to copy and paste and whatnot.

That shouldn't've happened. Have you encountered any other database errors?

That is a shame, and I'm truly sorry you lost it. I've experienced that annoyance as well. I'm also sorry I can't be more helpful, but if you get another database error, please feel free to shoot a PM to a staff member.
