for guys, are you circumcised or uncircumcised? what do you prefer?
for girls, do you prefer being with circumcised or uncircumcised guys?

personally, i don't really care, but i have a preference for uncircumcised. it's natural and i've heard from a couple friends who've been with both circumcised and uncircumcised guys that having sex with a man that has a foreskin actually feels better.

Hey,
I Don't know what it's like circumcised but from facts I like being uncut better. Cut guys are less sensative and cut looks kinda strange. Wanking is a lot harder too :P

Uncut and I intend to keep it that way. It's not a problem if you wash your penis right.

I'm uncut, and I like the way I am. And haven't had any negative comments as far as being uncut. I hear cut guys last longer then uncut guys cause we are more sensitive but I've lasted a good while. I guess what matters is how you use it

I am circumsized and I like being circumsized, simply becuase I don't want to have to go through the trouble of washing under the foreskin, plus I'be always been this way and I've learned to accept it, and be proud of it.

Honestly, I wouldn't care whether my intimate partner was circunsized or not, but it's easier to see myself with a circumsized man, simply because I'm circumsized.

Are you circumcised or uncircumcised? what do you prefer? I am uncut. I prefer myself like this, but I wish I had more. My friend has overhang foreskin and mine barely covers the glands. :(

Cut. No preference. I think it looks more normal this way, but its what I'm used to seeing. I remember along time ago noticing it had what looked like a scar, and just thought it was normal. I think I'd have liked to known what sex was like not being circumcised, cuz its supposed to be better. I don't know how much difference it makes, and probably never will :( I think peeing would be a lot messier too.

Here's another thread on the matter.

My thoughts. It should be up to each person what to do. Circumcision has zero health benefits and is only routinely done in the USA or outside of the USA if you're Jewish (eighth day) or if you're Muslim which I think happens around age 12.

No medical association in the world recommends it. The American Medical Association (USA) recently had a statement saying something like "There may be benefits to circumcising your child, but these benefits also come with risks. It is up to you, the parent, what to do."

Yes, circumcision is popular in Africa as a way to supposedly combat STDs, HIV, and whatnot. The issue here is that a lot of circumcised Africans are having wild sex with whoever they want. As we all know, the best way to combat STDs and HIV is via abstinence (aka not having sex) or having sex with condoms.

In Europe, circumcision hardly ever happens and they don't have AIDS running rampant. It's rather interesting how people will point to the African studies and say "circumcision helps fight AIDS" but they won't look at countries where circumcision doesn't happen...all they do is see "Circumcision happens in Africa as a way to fight AIDS" and they won't look further into the matter.

As we all know, circumcision removes healthy skin. A lot of people refer to this as "amputation." If you amputate an arm or a leg, you remove it. Why would someone remove healthy skin? The answer is that there is a lot of money involved. A lot of times, health insurance will pay for it, making it "free" or low-cost to the parents. The hospitals then will sell the foreskin to pharmaceutical companies for more money. So basically, everyone gets rich off it except the kid who then has to live the rest of his life with only part of his junk.

If the doctor cuts too little off, the parents may think it never happened and will want the baby to be re-cut. If the doctor cuts too much off, then there isn't enough skin to help an erect guy "grow in to" if you know what I mean.

...and yes, on a fully-grown and fully-erect unit, the skin can be about the size of a 3"x5" index card.

Here's an experiment to "illustrate" my above point. Take a balloon and draw a shape like a triangle on it. Blow it up. Is that triangle still a triangle? It is very difficult to guess what something will look like on a large object based on it's smaller size.

As for keeping it clean, it's easy... It takes about three seconds in the shower. The foreskin actually helps protect the inside from feces/urine while in the diaper. The feces/urine can enter the urethra. The foreskin helps protect the urethral opening...and it's super-easy to clean an intact (uncut) baby.

Basically, the way I see it, the only reason to remove healthy skin is it's no longer healthy or poses a threat to the individual, such as cancer, gangrene or frostbite. (And yes, there are various creams and non-harmful methods to get it to retract, which it may or may not do until puberty anyway.)

And if a partner won't be with a guy based on what he has or doesn't have? The issue is with the partner. If a guy won't be with a girl because she has huge puffy labia, should the girl go out and get a labiaplasty or just find a guy who accepts her for what she has?

Think about it this way. If males were meant to have bald tips, wouldn't they be born that way? Wouldn't men have evolved over millions of years?

The reasons to circumcise have changed over the years. One by one, each reason has been proven false. Take this for example... some parents choose to circumcise because the dad is circumcised. Well, are you gonna sit around and compare with your dad? Some parents choose to circumcise because they think everyone else is... first, this isn't true. Second of all, if you look at your friend in the locker room, are you gonna say "EWWW YOU'RE NOT CIRCUMCISED!! GROSS!!" or are you gonna keep your mouth shut and pretend you didn't see anything?

I am uncut and love it. A lot of the guys I know are cut but I like the way mine looks better. Plus I look a bit smaller until I pull the skin back, so I surprise my girls a bit by how full I am when we go at it.

I actually heard something the other day... "The only people who prefer circumcised are those that haven't experienced foreskin."

I think part of it is that, at least in the USA, the general "default" is to circumcise, even though the rate is coming down every year. (Give it 5-10 years and the majority of babies will be left as they were born.) It's portrayed a lot in the media and in drawings and whatnot. A lot of the stereotypical jocks are probably circumcised, and because of that, when girls think of a guy, it's natural for the girl to think of it being circumcised. When they see foreskin, it's like "Eww! What IS that?" I'm sure they know that the guy gets something removed, but they don't want to realize what exactly happens during the process.

It's like meat... A lot of people enjoy eating meat, but don't want to think about the whole process of "cow to burger." It's that same way with a guy. You enjoy a circumcised penis, but don't want to think of how it happens.

Ok, maybe I got a little off-track there. Still, I bet there are a lot of people in the USA that have some sort of mental block about wanting to even look at foreskin in real life but only because society has conditioned them to be as such.

...if that makes sense. :)

I am uncut and I have a lot of overhang and you are right peeing is a mess if you are lazy and do not pull over glans. Also if you go for a day with pee under forskin you smell. At times I wish I were cut, I still have the chance to get cut because its my choice. But VT people talked me out of it.

I am cut , and I am pround on it and I like it .... Firstly , because of religion , and secondly I have more sensitive glans since they cut me ... So I know both feeling , being cut and uncut , because they cut me when I was 13 .... But cut , feels better and looks better ..

I was in the same boat, but decided to have it done. It's nice when guys can choose their own way, just saying. But it is just crazy when people say a circumcised penis is somehow 'sexually challenged' (politically correct) . It feels great either way.

for guys, are you circumcised or uncircumcised? what do you prefer?
for girls, do you prefer being with circumcised or uncircumcised guys?

For girls the question is pretty clear - what do you prefer in a male sex partner?

For guys the question is more ambiguous. Do you mean which do you prefer in
a gay sex partner? Or do you mean which do you prefer just from the looks of it?
Or do you mean, for guys who were circumcised at an age of awareness, do you
prefer before or after? Or do you mean if you haven't experienced it both ways,
which do you think you would rather be?

In any case, if I wanted to read a page of anti-circumcision propaganda I would go
to an anti-circumcision web site, not here.

Personally, I'm circumcised (from birth), am perfectly happy with it, am sure I would
not want a foreskin even if I could have it back.
