17 if someone who has more than ... years of driving experience (don't know the exact number).
You have to be 18 in order to drive on your own. You can start getting your license when you're 16,5 years old.

18 here. But you can get a 50cc scooter at 16. To drive a vehicle over 3.5 tons of weight you have to be over 21, and to get a pilots license you have to be 16

You can get your permit at 16 here, which basically means you need 6 months at least with a driver over 21 in the car with you. After 6 months or at 18, you can get your actual license. Until you're 18 though, you can't drive between the hours of 11pm and 5am (unless you're licensed for a year), but after that, it's all unlimited.

In the US you can get your permit at exactly 15.5, and then your license on your 16th birthday.

That's not everywhere in the US. For example...
In Massachusetts, you can't drive anywhere but private property until you're 16. Once you're 16, you can get your learner's permit. Once you're 16 1/2 you can get your junior operator's license, but only if you've completed Driver's Ed, which is 30 hours of classroom, 12 hours driving instruction, and 6 hours of in-car observation. Once you're 18, you can get your normal license.

The only limit I'm aware of in Ontario is that you have to be 16 to get your G1 license, which is basically a learner's permit.
Other than that, every other license just depends on how long you've had a lower-level license.
I could be wrong, though. :P

You can get a drivers' permit at age 15 but you have to drive with someone over the age of 21 but you can drive by yourself at age 16. But you can't drive more than one person who isn't direct family until 17

But , I drive my father s car whenever he allow me that , and I never had problems with police , because my father is important member and financier of governmental party in my country , although I drive sometimes veryyy fast and I dont have licence because I am 15 ( I really like fast driving ) ...

I'm not sure if it varies between Australian states, but in New South Wales you can get your "L's" (American version of a learners permit) when you turn 16. You get that by doing a theory exam at the RMS (Roads and Maritime Service). Then you have to do some compulsory learning hours in different types of weather and road conditions. It's been 4 years since I've done this so it's probably changed again since then? Once you turn 17 and have completed the obligations with your L's, you can then go for your "P's" which is a restricted licence. Again, I think the rules have changed since I did it but you do the practical test with someone from the RMS. If you get through that you are on a restricted licence to varying degrees for 3 years and then finally, like I am now, am on a completely non restricted licence. This was painful to write and jumping through all the hoops was even more painful lol.

Here at 14 you can get a learners which lets you drive a 50cc or less motorcycle (so a scooter) and you can drive a car with a licensed adult in the passenger seat (along with some other restrictions) at 16 you can get a proper license, but you have to have a learners for at least a year to get one no matter what age you are.

50cc bikes can be droven at 14, 125cc at 16 and anything over 125cc for motorcycles can be droven when 18. You need to be 18 to drive a car and have 2 years of driving experience to carry passengers at least 14 years old.

In the US, you can be 15 and have your drivers lisence ( or at least in Tennessee ) you have to get your permit and keep it for 180 days without any strikes or mess-ups , and have at LEAST 50 hours of driving time ,10 of those hours being nighttime driving. It doesn't say you HAVE to be 16 in order to get it and motorcycle, I don't remember

In IL...
I believe it's permit at 15, but you must hold it for at least 9 months and get 50 hours of practice with someone 21+ in the car.
At 16 you can get your license, but there's curfew rules.
At 18 you're pretty much free; no curfews and when applying for your license, you don't need proof of practice or behind the wheel lessons/classes.
