I feel like we should have this here, to pump up ourselves, and each other! Basically, if you went for a run, let us know, if you practiced football or tennis, went for a hike, post about it!
I'll start. Tonight, I went for a 1.5 mile run. :P First in almost a year! I feel like I'm going to die. But that's to be expected.

I'm starting yoga lessons at my school in the coming school year, and I'm super excited! I've started practicing a couple of the poses I've seen in workouts on YouTube and such. I realized that a lot of the poses that were really hard ab and core exercises for me in my previous ballet class (yes, ballet! it was so excruciating i swear) were actually yoga poses, which was surprising. Turns out I've been doing yoga all along & I haven't realized it! :whoops:

my all time fav Wolverine is Desmond Howard. not only was he a Heisman winner for the Maize and Blue, but he was also an amazing reciever for my Green Bay Packers
Woodson also won the Heisman and later played for the Packers too, so I really admire them both

With doing regular exercise we can achieve our fitness goal easily. I have also achieved my fitness goal last month. I have reduced 3 kg in a month. This is a great achievement for me because my target was to reduce 3 kg only.

Not really much of an achievement, but I am in the habit of running 1-2 miles a few times a week. This, in addition to my soccer games/practices. My eating habits are bad, but I really do stay really active. :)
