That's a tough one, it definitely depends on taste. If it doesn't have the best taste then I would prefer watery since it would be easier to swallow, otherwise thick would be good.

I've had one that tasted pretty bad, way too salty and one that wasn't so bad but I definitely prefer either no taste or a sweeter taste.
