I want to bulk up. I'm 5' 6" and 110Llbs. I want to get more muscle mass and I need to do it fast so a reigeme with the best way to do it would be great

A month really isn't much time to bulk up, especially if your body isn't in the workout routine.

Well, you'll have to up your calorie intake a LOT.

Trying to increase your calories drastically in a month would more than likely result in fat gain than muscle. it's easy to gain fat in a month, but lean muscle takes time for you to be actually be able to see a visible difference.

110lbs? you must be reeeally skinny for a boy.
well, you can't do it in just one month. it takes several months actually. but of course you can build a little muscle while your gf is gone.
