I'm assuming this is okay to post in here. My plan is to exercise for 60 days (started June 17) including some rest days in between. I have very little money at the moment so a gym membership is not an option neither are protein shakes and that kind of stuff. I have a basic gym set with a pull-down bar and chest press. I'm doing this all natural with some changes to my diet, the main ones being: eating a lot more, +water and -juice/soda. I really love juice but I think the amount of sugar is making me put on fat weight. Other than choosing to eat more when I can and decreasing my juice intake there isn't much that I can change in my diet as I'm not really in a position to demand different foods.
Here's to 60 days. I'll post what I've done so far. I'm not really looking for feedback exactly although if you've got something useful to say I'll take it in to consideration I guess. My main reason for posting these is simply just to keep myself accountable and track my progress. 60 days from the starting day also happened to be the same time that my girlfriend comes back from America, so this is serving as a distraction as well haha
30 Crunches
10 Leg Lifts
15 Push Ups
30min heavy garden work
Weight before bed: 69.4kg
30 Crunches

Weight Set @ 50 and 60lbs
Jump-rope and cycle between weights
