So I haven't gone to the urologist yet, but today I went to the doctor to get the referral. She looked at everything, then said (in regards to the tight foreskin), that I'll probably need a frenuloplasty :/ Which is where they take the penile frenulum and snip it, then stitch it back up. It's apparently supposed to lengthen the frenulum and provide greater foreskin mobility. But it's still freaky! She said the urologist will probably suggest the same thing at my urology appointment, because there is some kind of thing shortening my frenulum which can be snipped to relieve the stress on the frenulum (ugh sorry for having to get so detailed about it all :(). So I guess this is pretty much the same question as the original thread, only this time I'm wondering: What to expect with a frenuloplasty? I understand that probably not many users here have gotten them, but if anyone has I would love it if you could give me some info on what to expect, it's unnerving to imagine!
