Sometimes I feel like I may be sorta kinda female but I overall identify as male usually at an 80% male if I had to put a number on it. Im sexually a male. Is there a name for this?
Overall I still mostly feel cis but maybe not completely? Its hard to explain.

Well, you could be gender fluid. You may not find a label that fits you perfectly, in which case you could call yourself gender queer, which is basically an umbrella term for not being cis. There are so, so many different labels, and you don't have to fit under just one, so don't feel pressured to do so.

I guess when I'm more depressed that usual I retreat into a more female persona.

Demiguy, maybe?
"A gender experience which is composed partially of feeling male and partially of some other sort of gender experience."
Well, you could be gender fluid.
I'm pretty sure genderfluid is when your gender changes, like some days you go as a boy and sometimes as a girl and sometimes no gender at all.

My understanding is that OP feels like a boy most of the time, but like a girl some of the time. I don't know if OP feels like their (I'm cautious on pronouns here) gender actually changes, or just feels different at different times, but if it does change, that's genderfluid. I stand by what I said.

Alright, so probably not gender fluid.
And okay. I didn't know if you wanted us to call you he, she, they, etc. Different people use different pronouns.

I understand that :P.
And thanks for the help. I suppose it doesn't really matter.

There are many things to call your gender. No one here can tell you, only you can, but from what I understand, you could be nonbinary gender, meaning that you're outside the gender binary of boy and girl.
Out of the NB umbrella, my guess would be bigender or genderqueer.
You don't really have to label it now. You can wait and see how you feel but I would look into other genders and how people knew that it was the gender for them.

Perhaps gender shouldn't be defined so rigidly. Traditional gender seems to be defined by feminine and masculine, which are both extremes when defining and labeling the male and female biological sexes. Just because someone feels feminine doesn't mean they have to label themselves as the female biological sex, if they are attracted to the concept of the female gender. And they don't have to label themselves the male sex or gender just because they were born that biologically. Gender-role lines of what makes something feminine or masculine are socially constructed perceptions created out of culture and society anyway. What other cultures define as feminine or masculine can vary.(Ex. Japan) Both sexes posses varying degrees of both feminine and masculine traits.
And in this context I am referring to gender as societal perception and role of the biological sexes, a.k.a gender roles, gender stereotypes, and double-standards.
Even bigender, gender fluid, genderqueer all seem to be defined by not the biological sex itself, but the gender role.(Ex. Girls wear pink dresses, guys wear blue suits)
So in the end, is 'girly things' and 'guy things' really important outside of preferred social role and sexual preference? I think it is the person inside that is important.

It sounds like you're a male. There isn't really any need to complicate it any further. To be genderfluid it's usually a lot more even out, but you say you're a he and about 80% male, so my best guess is that you're probably just a male. But only you can really identify yourself.

This is pretty old but I wanted to see exactly what date I was when I questioned my gender. So here is the update. I came out as genderqueer about nine months ago after realizing it for a little bit. And a few months ago I came out to my parents as a transgender girl. I'm sure none of the people who replied to this still use this forum, and I don't either. I just thought it was interesting.
