It will grow, I have a probelm where I've grown down there and my body has stayed the same just about , I haven't grown much length wise and I barely have any muscle at all....

Well at 15 my penis was 6 and it was good girth but that's good

It will grow. You still have time. Mine really didn't grow until right before I turned 16
